This bank is home-based here in Texas. The employees are not trained properly and I personally had to wait over a year to have stolen money returned although I provided solid proof in fact the same proof a year earlier

I've never had a problem with this branch until I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. When I reported it to them, they issued me a new debit card (which I had to pay $15 for) and let me know that my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. 6 days later they call me and tell me that they forgot to have me sign some type of dispute paperwork and that I need to come in and sign it before they can do anything else. My questions: A) why did they forget to have me sign the paperwork? I was there for about 30 minutes dealing with all the mess, they dropped the ball on that. B) why did it take them until 6 days later (the money should have already been back in my account by this time) to call and let me know that I need to come sign these papers? C) why did they wait until 4pm on a Saturday to call me and let me know? They close at 5pm and are closed on sundays so I had to wait until Monday to go in and do anything. So unhappy with them!
