In the beginning I felt great about switching over to EECU. Free business account and good service from my banker, for at least the first few month. I have left several messages different times with no call backs. They do not forward the phones when they are out and no one returned my messages on several occasions. I have called 3 branches now finally reaching someone who only told me they couldn't offer a simple service I was needing for my business. Very disappointed in this bank and the service.

Love, love the weatherford branch! Clifford, no thank you. The 2 times I've been there I was treated as if I was a nuisance. Not even a hi, bye, or thank you.
