Average banking experience with great friendly staff

Loan officer/ mgt doesn't show any interest in helping you out. Seems very condescending, looks like they themselves don't even know what promotions they offer. Horrible products that EECU offers. They keep pushing this beat your auto rate by 2%, couldn't extend credit bc I didn't have enough "auto history" what does that even mean. Went to NASA FCU got the loan instantly approved with no payments until October 2016. Simple process all done online and with a competitive auto rate. Don't use this credit union bc all they will do is put if and buts and run your credit just tell you they can't do anything with a 760 credit score bc you don't have enough "auto history".

On their website they said open from 9am-6pm but at the door it's 9am-5pm.

I was quite happy with eecu until they almost doubled my interest rate on my credit card due to a false tax lien order on my credit record. I cleared it up with the state (was wrongly filed in my name) and got a letter to prove it. But when I called eecu I was given the run around and told "we will re-evaluate your credit dec 2016 but until then there is nothing we can do." So it's now march 2017 and my interest rate is still almost double what I had. Guess who paid it off and isn't using that card anymore.
