This location has gone downhill and the drivethru is VERY slow

I dayy in the drive thru line behind one car about 10 minutes and as soon as the car pulled away I pulled right in. I placed my transaction in the "shute" and waited for 12 minutes before anyone came to the window. I pushed the call 2 times and when the employee did finally com to the window, she was pleasant and handled my transaction promptly. This is just not acceptable for customer service.
