City Bank in Forney, TX

I have been banking here for about 8 years now, I love this bank, they really care about their customers. They are very friendly and never have long lines. One day I was about to incur an overdraft. They gave me a call right away and asked if I would like to move some money around to avoid the charge. I almost fell out of my chair. Yes yes yes... Wow! That's what I call customer service. Also, they reimburse all ATM charges from other banks. They really bend over backwards to make sure you don't incur excessive charges, overdraft or otherwise. Can't say enough about this bank. I would't bank anywhere else.

I have banked starting with City Bank Lubbock, Tx many years ago & I'm now banking @ this City Bank and am very satisfied! I also hate the services @ any other banks as I have had my fare share 2 b met with such poor service compared to City Banks higher standers n will continue to recommend City Bank to as many people as possible!

THE BEST BANK IN TOWN. If you're new to Forney or if you have lived in Forney for some time, check out this bank. The atmosphere is excellent, the drive thru is excellent...never a wait. Also their bank staff is absolutely excellent. Ashley, who helped us with our personal and Business checking accounts was the BEST professional banking person I've ever met. She was expedient on helping us with all our banking needs. She also set our 20 year old daughter up with her banking needs as well as her online banking app. Ashley treated us more like family coming in to do business than just another customer.
