If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for any financial transaction that you have. I have been trying to simply get a payment book for 6 months and cannot get one. Additionally, they will then charge you a late/convenience fee when you call to pay the bill that they never sent you. Seems like a nice little revenue add scam to me since i have talked to numerous customer service people and supervisors and no one can get me an invoice to pay.....

Horrible online banking, and horrible customer service!

Treated Like Family These guys treated me like family through many years of banking with them.They even helped me create a line of credit without actually having to get a credit card! I recently wanted to look at getting a car and they were more than happy to help me just "Think" of getting a car and told me where I would be on payments and what not. I will always recommend them.
