The people at this branch are wonderful. They quickly learned who I was after opening an account last year, and greet me by first name with every visit. I can't even say that about the credit union I was with for 12 years before switching to Capital One. Some transactions can take too long to complete at this branch. It seems that the tellers are usually working both the counter and drive-thru out of a single drawer, and often "disappear" to process your transaction "in another room" while you wait. That's a little wierd.

I do not know what is with such poor reviews! While Capital One itself has made its fair share of mistakes on my account, they have always been addressed immediately and fairly. At this particular establishment, however, I have never had an issue with mistakes or the quality of service. Everyone at the counter is friendly, and it is NEVER too busy. The ATM rarely has a line with more than one car waiting, and I have never seen the drive thru crowded. I have been to numerous other banks, and I have to say that by far, this is the best and most friendly bank in our area.
