Bank of America Financial Center in Flower Mound, TX

Bad service this location in particular - person who helps customers (Sat) had no sense to inform in advance that have to get appointment, after waiting for 45 mins., she take us insides and kicks us out when an another appointment person shows up. This should have informed to us when we show to the branch. we plan to open a new checking account, now BOA lost a very good customer. One month back when I try to close a BOA student account, the same service lady won't even help unless I have an appointment. I never seen any bad service like this one with a national bank. This branch services is BAD! Very BAD!! DON'T even deserve ONE STAR!

I hate having to go so far even for an ATM. When we need cash we need it now and doing cash back at the grocery stores has limits. When we had an Albertsons things were great. Time to put an ATM NEAR 3040 and 2499 again or I will find it more efficient to change banks.

Bank closed well before 5 when called and was told would guaranteed be open till then. Now my rent isn't paid and landlord will give me the boot. Seriously unprofessional, especially in flower mound neighborhood. It's not like i can just find another house to rent tomorrow, people. A number of other customers also trying to get in. People inside, yet no go. Completely unbelievable!!!!

Why are they always closed with different hours? Why is Jan 2nd a holiday? I expect a bank that holds my money to be open on business days, unless its a national holiday and JANUARY 2nd IS NOT A NATIONAL HOLIDAY

Very Unhelpful. We have 3 accounts with BofA and they cant do a notary for my ID documents. Bad community service.
