im very upset w the amount of customer service this location and the manger linda and employee crystal i took time to refer someone to this buisness and they have not took the time to compensate me for the referral or to notify me when i could get it. I've called and all i get is well look into it but do not call me back. i will never refer anyone here and i advise no one does either they do not appreciate the gesture and wont take the time to even call u or be productive in the customer service. so now that i finally got to the manager all she can say is i have no control over it and its gonna cost her money to fix the issue . well im sure shes getting interest on the loan she has given the person i referred but thats nothing to her shes making money anyway whether she helps me out or not i definitely wont make the mistake of referring some one there again
