I have a buyer trying to close on a loan. The underwriting department has been horrible! They gave an approval with exceptions, they have the documents they need, and still two weeks late and not closed. I don't want to give them a star, but it won't post without one.

I am the owner of a home that closed Thursday March 31 at 0830. The payment was apparently wired to the wrong title company. As of now the money has not been found. Instead of rewiring the money and figuring THEIR mistake out I am being charged interest daily on the pay off. The lender agent was incredibly unprofessional when I spoke to him. I would not recommend them from any standpoint. They do not appear to have all their ducks in a row.

Pacific Union's customer service is about the worst I've seen in any industry. Whenever you call, you need to listen to numerous automated messages in order to get to a real person. Beyond that, the first person you talk to will NEVER resolve your problem or provide any information. I received an escrow statement showing that my mortgage payment would increase by over $800 per month! I spent over an hour talking to various departments at Pacific Union. None of them were able to tell me why they were suddenly trying to collect an additional $800 per month from me. Their website is useless, and often down on weekends. Their phone customer service does not work weekends. And, they are never particularly interested in solving the problem... They just want to hand you off to the next department. This is an absolutely HORRIBLE company.
