I went in during my lunch to make a credit card payment. I ended up requesting clousre of my account. My experience was terrible. I worked with teller 2605. She was overall unprofessional and rude. I don't know if she was racist or simply having a bad day, either way I felt completely disrespected upon leaving. She should not be in this position for any bank. I did not feel like a valued member. Nor does any institution deserve business when it hires employees like her. Thanks to her, my cc payment has yet to post to my account and now the online system is reflecting a missed payment.
