This location is a JOKE! I have never applied for a loan before. I filled out an application online, then went in and finished the rest of the stuff and showed my power of attorney. I was there for an hour waiting and waiting I have a 16 month old daughter screaming and crying cause she was so sick of being there. There were 4 women that could have helped me. I was the ONLY customer instead 2 women were talking up a lung to one another. So I left and then called them and THE MANAGER was telling me what the girls heard what I had said on the phone. Ummm... ok My PRIVATE conversation on the phone with my sister. None of there concern! I told my sister, " feels like I've been here about 2 hours!!" So... I am assuming that they just had a grand o'l time talking about me after I left. I was not pleased with my experience at this location

I had a death in the family recently and needed a quick loan to get home. Omni was able to assist me rapidly and without any problems. The interest rates are a bit high but this is a for profit company. Do your research and know what you are signing. I would use them again if necessary.

This place is a joke "we like to say yes to soldiers" my ass !! there interest rates are stupid high and I heard when you deploy they don't even try to help you lower you're interest rates meanwhile every other creditor would understand, help you out, and lower your interest rates these greedy bastards are quick to say no and come up with an excuse as to why they can't do what everyone else has no problem doing for you I will never return to this scam of a place
