Since day one our processor and branch manager Derek Meier was in contact with us, whether it was through email, phone call, or text message. He would update us constantly and was available to answer our questions at anytime of the day. On our closing day our realtor would not to be available to close with us, so Derek drove to San Antonio from Austin to close with us. You rarely hear of a processor let alone a Branch Manager driving out of town to close with their clients. For Derek to do this for us sure says a lot about his character and the company he represents. We cannot thank you enough for making this process easy and painless for us.
