North East Texas Credit Union is an awesome bank. However, the Daina branch is terrible. The people are so unfriendly and unwilling to help you. As a credit union, you expect it to be a more personal experience, but it isn't. The people are cold and rude.

This is a great place to bank. It always has the latest and greatest technology and the people are always courteous and friendly and willing to help you! They look after their members and are always offering cost saving programs like Visa Card, Insurance, etc.
