Chase Bank in DeSoto, TX

Chase Bank is horrible I thought you were coming over to charge me $8 to cash my paycheck which is from them and then after standing in line for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to cash the check. But I have to wait a few hours if you can't cash it because the check hasn't cleared was cut told today

Awful customer service. They just to give two snaps about their customers.

No one at the business drive thru and made is come in to make a deposit. We had $180 worth of coins to deposit so couldn't use the ATM. Chase has strict rules for making deposits and poor service at more than this location.

I use the business drive-thru most of the time. Sometimes they forget the deposit slips which are very much needed for the business that I work in in order to keep stuff on file. Some of these bank tellers are rude. Of course they do what is needed to be done but you can tell by their face that they don't really care. I can honestly say there is only 2 nice people at this locations. A hispanic lady & a young african american woman who go above and beyond for you. Everyone else is just ugh. Headache. Too many questions & they take too long.

We came to this bank to add my name to a checking account and to open a credit line for our business the Lady that attended us was very nice ,so we had to talk to customer service about questions of our credit line so she took us in another booth and let us talk to them all of a sudden a lady with some bifocal glasses rudely comes over our booth and starts yelling why we were over there idk what she was but it was so unprofessional , I would never go there again bad service!!!!
