Wells Fargo Bank in Denton, TX

had to cash a check written from a wells fargo account - took an act of God because i dont have an account with them. actually got talked into opening a checking/savings account with them so NEXT TIME i wanted to cash a check there it would be.....easier? whatever. salesman said to do it this way $50 in a savings account....$50 in a checking account. for whatever reason i decided to open my wells fargo checking/savings account statement the other day. looks like theres a $5 service charge per month on savings accounts with less than a $300 balance.....so that account is $0. i guess i opened that account about a year ago. thanks wells fargo

I wouldn't even give this bank one star. The worst bank I have ever had in my life. They need to get there system straight. I would not recommend this bank at all.

Overall good customer service and easy to understand fees. Looks like most of these bad reviews are from people who signed a contract they didn't read. All you have to do is ask them to explain it to you and they get very detailed with each process. Great bank for a business or business man

Worst customer service ever! The bankers were extremely rude and blame the customer for not knowing how to do THEIR job. I'd rather go to a different bank, than deal with such ridiculous service.
