Pulled out $289 more than was owed out of my checking account after loan was payed off. Had my money for almost 3 Weeks branch keeps saying corp.mailed but they can't cut Me a check, and cancel the one that has taken 2 Weeks to arrive by mail. was great for 3 years, this is unacceptable.

Poor customer service. Rude and unhelpful Branch Manager. Don't expect their systems to be accurate, or for resolutions to be swift.

I needed just a quick loan for something none essential . I guess I should thank these people because without the overly pushy staff ,that literally laughed at me, I would have plunged myself into needless debt. You people are souless. To anyone even remotely thinking about going here I urge you to reconsider.
