Union Workers Credit Services in Dallas, TX

I would like to know, how I can get back the money I sent in, to receive a $10,000.00 credit limit. I received a PLATINUM MEMBER card with my account # stating, (WELCOME TO UNION WORKERS CREDIT SERVICES). My $37.00 went down the toilet. AGAIN, HOW CAN I GET BACK MY MONEY?

About 'Union Workers Credit Services', years ago, maybe about four years ago I remember running into these strange fellows by mail with their to good to be true $10,000.00 for a thirty-seven dollar annual investment, they where selling rebuilt lap tops for approximately $700.00 – I thought it strange they did not have an 800 number to call in your $37.00 payment. In reading the internet reviews, some of these lap top computers where working others where not working, but 'Union Workers Credit Services' wanted they're money anyhow. I acted immediately, canceled the computers and UWCS account, and got my $37.00 returned, including the installment payments I made on what I thought was going to be a good Lap Top computer to use for college, I don't know how legally, such scam businesses are permitted to continue their scams on people – I was looking forward to putting muscle in my credit ratings by dealing with 'Union Workers Credit Services' instead my lawyer ended up telling them which side of the business world they where not on as scam artist – I think the BBB should take them to court and put them out of business.

Thank you all for the honest feedback. I received a letter in the mail requesting $37.00 as well, but of course I am skeptical from being a victim of identity theft. I figured that I would do better researching the company first and I was going to send a money order. This offer was interesting, so I went out and applied for credit at a furniture store. They made me jump through hoops for a very minimum credit limit and yet this company was willing to just give me a $10,000 credit card for just a $37.00 annual fee. It just did not make sense to me. I sent nothing, thank you all again. Be cautious everyone. It is better to be safe than sorry.
