I would highly recommend Brenn Miller. I spoke to a couple other brokers and mentioned my credit score as shown by credit karma. While the other brokers said we can't help you Brenn took the time to investigate. After asking how I obtained my score he recommended having him obtain my score and it was actually near 100 points higher than credit karma. Brenn had me into pre qualified with all docs in a matter of 90 minutes. He was great to work with and I will use Texas Lending and specifically Brenn Miller for all mortgage needs.
