Terrible company...interest rate is high! Will take you forever to pay for a mediocre vehicle...if I could I'd give it back in a heartbeat! Just go somewhere else make it easier for yourself and save money!

Lady that answered my call was rude. All i want is my self repo paper to be emailed because when i went up to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi they took about a hour to get back to me and didn't even have the papers. Now I'm asking hem to Email those papers and i can't recite their emails (although I receive emails from everyone else)

Worst company deal with they dont care about their customers thumbs down the worst idiots my advice to you guys sierra auto finance repect your customers always we pay your bills >:(

Some of these post seem like one off's or something. Every loan company I dealt with, as long as you paid your bill you were good. I just finished up with my Bankruptcy that month and they approved me. Yes my rate is high but I have been at that rate for yrs due to my credit. I have had my car for about 6-8 months and I have never had an issue with them...

I wish i could give ZERO. Absolute worst customer service. The most unprofessional, Ghetto place ever to deal with. A girl name Tabitha hung up on me cause I asked her to repeat a address. Called back to speak with a superviser and a older Lady named Mary had nerve to be rude and ghetto. I have no clue where they hiring their employees from. But they need professional development. Run fast if you are thinking of using them to finance your vehicle. Not a ounce of respect for the customers and clearly none for the compay. Overall its sad that this is what hard working people have to deal with.
