Refinance your car elsewhere! Buyer beware! The interest rate at Santander is absolutely awful. They may approve you but you're paying an awful amount on interest alone. Never have been more dissatisfied with a company in my life.

First and last time I get a car loan with these thieves. They have the legal license to rob every penny from your pocket. It is the first time ever I find a company that charges you extra money (they call it convenience fee?) when you try to pay using modern technogy like online, phone to perform payments. The only way to avoid this rip-off is to use the old "snail mail" USPS letter system. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! NEVER REFER THEM TO A FRIEND, unless you want him/her to become your best ever enemy!! There should be a ZERO STAR option for thieves like these.

It's ridiculous that they charge a near 11$ fee to make a payment online through Western Union. Online payments are supposed to be the easier, hassle free way of taking care of bills. Their interest rates are astronomical as well; I'm certainly looking to refinance through someone else. I paid once online and Western Union didn't give me a confirmation number and apparently it never posted to my account. Conveniently none of this made a difference when I called the company and asked why they left me a message about a missed payment. Due to Western Union messing up, it went down as having a late payment. This company is really just a headache to deal with overall.

Wow! Just wow!!!!! Can't believe this has happened to other people as well. Didn't realize how bad of a company they are rated. Its only been a year that I've been financing thru them. Definitely going to look for a different company to finance my car.

If I could give them 0 stars I would or rather -5 stars. This is a predatory scamming company. They purchased our RV loan from GE and if you pay any extra monies on your payment and do not send them a written note each time (difficult to do when you pay electronically); your principal does not go down they just assume it is to decrease future payments. Apparently Dodd Frank banking reform had nothing on these unscrupulous people. Santander you SUCK!
