Resource One Credit Union in Dallas, TX

I cannot adequately describe how much I love this credit union. This is hands down the best experience I've ever had with any bank, EVER. They are truly invested in your situation, whatever that be, and they aren't just looking at you like another dollar sign. I just got an auto loan with them, and Leonard Simmons, my banker, worked so hard for me, above and far beyond my wildest expectations. He was really looking out for me, and prevented me from getting into a car he knew I would have hated, based on the true value of it. He did a ton of legwork. Thank you so much Leonard for you help with this big life decision. Resource One customer FOR LIFE.

Very hard to reach by phone. Erika Reyes and Iris, both managers, have outdated voicemail responses, neither return phone calls. Iris Montemayor was very patronizing when dealing with my senior mother. She acted put-off when asked to help. She made sure she had her coffee before attending to my mother.

I was uncertain about leaving a traditional bank. It was the best decision I ever made. Everyone at the two branches I goto, they say hello to me by name, ask about out daughter, just generally care about me and my family. But of course they do because once we joined we became member owners. Not just another number depositing money into an account. One of the greatest services that Resource One offers is their education and credit repair classes. I am a business owner who lost triplets. Our credit was demolished!!! R1CU taught us how to rebuild and helped us with the credit builder loan. I should have written this review three years ago, because of their dedication to us, our life is deluxe.
