PenFed Credit Union is the worst! Money sitting in my accounts, yet i was declined access to my own money! 4 times i was declined for gas, with money in my accounts...call customer service and 1hr later still no customer service, i will be changing credit unions VERY soon, this freaking place is a NIGHTMARE ! No more PenFed you SUCK!

This is the worst Credit Union in the world. It is a scam they say that anyone can join but then you have to buy into a group that is sponsored. Worst experience ever. Ms.Shannon Dean makes promises but doesn't keep them. She said she would take care of our loan and never bothered to call us.

First off you have to pay $20 to even "join" then they lied on the phone about my interest rate once we finalized then once I went to the location to pick up the check they had changed the interest rate to a higher percentage then stated there was nothing they could do. It's one big scam. Terrible company.

I've always had a great experience with Penfed, great customer service, I got a excellent rate on my auto loan and a super checking and savings account I'd highly recommend Penfed for all your banking needs.
