Easy Credit in Dallas, TX

This is by far, the worst place to get a car! Customer service means nothing to these people whether it's an account rep or manager. I would be fired if I gave the type of customer service these people give. Complaints aren't addressed and the manager doesn't give you the opportunity to state such and she rushes you off the phone as if you've gotten on her nerves about the unprofessional service. So glad my car will be paid off next year and I will NEVER refer anyone or deal with them again! Fact!

Auto City/ Easy Credit is the WORST place to purchase a vehicle. They have the worst customer service, every person that I have been in contact with cares nothing of the customer experience. They will leave you on hold for hours and hang up on you. They never keep you updated on repairs you pay for and will charge you for things they didn't fix. The accounting department will say your payments are current or will charge you less for your payment; then call you and tell you, that your behind. When its really their error; they will apologize and offer to offsite their mistake to the end of your bill. As if its okay for them to have made such an error. They will sale you a lemon and promise its luxury. I purchase my car less than a year ago and its the worst decision I made. The staff in office and the service department will say put in a support ticket. You do that and they put a bandage on your concerns and complaints until they arise again. Then act as if you shouldn't be frustrated with them regarding the purchase you made. Words cannot describe how HORRIBLE this company is- they have been in business this long bye scamming hard working people who need transportation in the city of Dallas, TX for years. PLEASE DO ALL YOUR SEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE WITH AUTO CITY/EASY CREDIT. I wish I had....

I love it I called and set an appointment and got 250.00 fee added to my Down payment.Marada Ramirez is great she was in it from the jump.

MARANDA IS GREAT SHE HELPED ME ALOT AND WAS HONEST FROM THE JUMP I ONLY HAD $600 AND SHE FOUND ME SOMETHING BRAND NEW I WOULD COME BACK ! Xavier was helpful sweet and honest he does hes best to help anyone get in something decent great lot

These people are awesome. Especially Miranda. She was very friendly, personable, and dedicated to helping me find the car of my choice. I highly recommend this place.
