I'm changing my rating from 5 stars!! Once I purchased my car from them I was told that my car had a recall. I took the car to Chrysler and was told I had updates ($70) that should have been taken care of by Drivetime. I showed the manager the receipt from Chrysler and was told by the manager he will look into it so I can have my money reumibused. This happened in Sept 2016 and since then they have ignored the situation and I have not received my money, but the only thing they said was we are still working on it. It does not take this long to make a decision.

Rashieed was great. He was extremely helpful and was not pressuring me for a sale . He made sure I got the car I wanted. If it wasn't on the lot he found it at one of their sisters stores. Overall Great service. I'm satisfied with my new car and the monthly payments!!

Wonderful and helpful beyond belief. They were very down to earth, didn't try to annoyingly up sell or force you into anything, and they were very real about all their cars. Will totally go again for my next car

Just had one of the most amazing experiences at DRIVE TIME!! My Sales Rep Clifton Hardy was patient, knowledgeable and very charismatic. I highly recommend anyone to this location. The staff is friendly and ready to help. I couldn't ask for better customer service!
