Cash America Pawn in Dallas, TX

I used to avoid this store like the plague. I shared the same sentiment as most other reviewers. Items priced as high or higher than what you would pay for it as though brand new. Not any more! In July of this year 2014 I have been pleasantly surprised at the staff and manager's willingness to move merchandise! I have checked out about 6 Pawn Shops in North Dallas and 1 in Plano: Coit and Spring Valley; 2 at Alpha and Montfort; 2 in Carrollton on Belt Line and one at Coit and Plano Pkwy. The sticker prices here are the most reasonable of all of them and they are willing to provide discounts off marked prices to move it. Very good place to shop for good deals. Can't comment on pawn/loan practice but their kind personalities likely spill into that area too.

Bad service. Bad product sell. The manager wasn't nice with customer. When I deal with him he just said "no" and walk away. I never come back again.

I went into this store with my best friend to find a bike ,I found a bike perfect for me I am tall and had tried several stores this store haD EXACTLY what I was looking for and also they have very good prices on DVD s and good selection. Happy customer

Worst experience ever went in with very high end and well maintained Ridgid tools for a loan which I have pawned at other cash America locations for anywhere from $200-$500 for temporary funds immediately manager started trying to degrade all my equipment and downplay everything I had ridgid being the upper end and more valuable tools and location specifically had ridgid products as he told me he doesn't sell very much ridgid products (lying straight to my face) which was an obvious lie and scheming technique not to give a descent loan for quality equipment which even if I did lose to them would make a guaranteed profit on! Very poor customer service as well as customer satisfaction or unwilling to negiotiate or even offer a descent or fair loan when cleary says pawn loans on the building false advertisement and will not ever use any of CASH AMERICA LOCATIONS AGAIN FOR THE FACT OF NOT ONLY HAVING POOR MANAGEMENT WHICH I DEALT WITH MANAGER OF THE ACTUAL LOCATION SPECIFICALLY I WILL NOT USE YOU GUYS ANYMORE FOR ANY TRADING BUYING OR SELLING AND I DO PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING WHICH I USE TO REFER PEOPLE TO YOUR LOCATIONS SINCE I TRAVEL ALOT AND DO THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WASNT EVEN IN HERE BUT MAYBE 10 mins could since the negative and poor attitude from the staff instantly if this is how you operate let's not waste my time nor yours best of luck to a bad FOR business company scamming and hustling a lot of people out of cash and products you know they might as well be robbing Dallas an many other areas and people for anything they can worst experience ever thanks and good luck with your operations word of advise to anyone GO ELSEWHERE PLENTY OF DESCENT PAWN SHOPS WILLING TO HELP PEOPLE AND VALUE PRODUCTS BETTER FOR WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORTH!
