Bedrock Lending in Dallas, TX

Great lender! I found Bedrock Lending in The Statesman here in Austin and decided to give them a call. They were advertising "No Closing Cost" and I wanted to find out how they could do this? They explainef the programs and gave me a rate and fees much better than my local Bank along with a no cost option at a slightly higher rate. I was a little hesitant but they had an A+ Rating with The Better Business Bureau so I decided to let them handle my finances. Now a days lenders ask for EVERYTHING and they did too! The main benefit was that they were always a phone call/email away 7 days a week. Once when I couldn't sleep at about 3 AM I emailed a question and got an answer about 30 minutes later! I know Austin is booming right now but really? Lol. They came through with Exactly as promised at closing. My loan was pretty straight forward but they were very knowledgable and cared about my loan. Ill certainly let others know about them and appreciated the job that they did. Highly reccomended!!
