Aspire Lending in Dallas, TX

I am so disappointed I took my realtors advice and went through Aspire. Now, being 3/4 of the way through the mortgage process it is too late to switch and still meet the terms of my purchase agreement. I went through 5/3 before and had an amazing experience. Now, I am getting minimal contact from the Mortgage Consultant, and she had a closing date that we are now finding out is going to be 3 weeks later, they are waiting until the final minute to close. Apparently my $200,000 mortgage is not a big concern for them. Because they told me one date, I began packing and made a non-related deal with the owners of the property that will now need to carry over to next month, jeopardizing his deal. I also can't sell my house now because everything has been in boxes for 11 days and there is no way we can take pictures. This thing has been an awful experience, and I wish I had just gone through 5/3 again because they get things done quickly and with no hassle, Aspire has been nothing but a headache due to their overpromising and underdelivering.

Great experience! Alex Munoz was extremely helpful and well organized with our information. He was always available to answer questions, especially during a time where my significant other and I needed extra clarity. We had a horrible experience with a previous lender, dropping us out of nowhere while in escrow.
