This place is a complete joke. It's run by a bunch of uneducated amateurs and their customer service is pretty much the worst I've ever encountered. Take your business else where. I wouldn't trust them to clean my toilet let alone handle my money. Worst service in a bank I've ever experienced. They repeatedly made large mistakes in my account and when trying to speak with Joe Guajardo about a loan he was completely incompetent and unprofessional in our conversations. I sent a large about of details into the email conversation and then he acted like he had never talked to me before.

If I could give a negative rating I would!! Staff is completely oblivious to customer service, not even sure they could spell the word "service" closing my account asap! DO NOT USE them they will eventually burn you!

Had no problem renewing loan good interest rates, direct deposit is there by midnight if not the next day great customer service and help me establish a better credit score. All round it's been a great bank.

My family have been members from NavyArmy for years! As a new member, I am ecstatic! These guys really helped out with my car loan and made my dream come true! Thank you NavyArmy for helping me with this important life step!
