We started banking with them in early 2015. which went smoothly, But in last few months of 2016 I have had some major issues. Two withdrawals were made from my account to a credit card that was not mine. We got it fixed, but I had to spend some time on the paperwork. Also, A few checks that I had wrote to others were cashed but check numbers were not inputted into the system, this created another timely situation when it came time to reconcile that bank statement. Also, I went in to the branch to request a certificate of funds for a real estate auction that I was attending and customer service rep made me feel that I was bothering them and they acted like they had never done it before. I even brought in an example letter to help make the process go smoothly. In addition, I was told that some of my financial paperwork had expired. so I ran to the city court house, which couldn't give me what I needed, so I ran to Gaitesville to get what I needed, but the county clerk told me that the paperwork I needed indeed was not expired. I am jumping ship and moving to Navy Federal Credit Union. They also use the same account number for checking and savings which makes it difficult to used third party services to pay bills. Like Mint. com They charge for a debit card and for bill pay.
