Terrible place no A/C and too much wait time there is a short Mexican lady that's she was laughing when I ask her coworker to take care of myself I just came to make a payment he could of take care of me but instead he replies I need to take care this guy first like really I just came to make a payment SO DISSAPOINT OF THIS TREATMENT AND I WONT MAKE NO PAYMENT FIX YALL EMPLOY FIRST AND THE A/C TOO

Worst customer Service! Wait is entirely too long just to make a simple payment..

I've been a customer for several years ...loans have been paid and refinanced........the manager and her associates have always been very professional and customer oriented...have always had a positive experience on my visits to texas car title & payday loan on hwy 78....these employees do care about their customer service.... jm

These people here are scammers they took my car even having made arrangements with them the next day i had the money in full plus towing and i had to pick it up at auction nonetheless i had to pay their fee too after that big Mexican lady who acts "white" said it would be at the tow yard and it wasn't thesw people could careless about their customers and at that time my family and I were homeless so that was even more heart breaking for us having to deal with as well they even knew the story so we paid for our car instead of a place to live because our kids needed to go to school and my wife to work

If I could give zero or negative stars i would this place is in buisiness to rob you!! Don't go here they are crooks. Don't believe anything they say and if you make arrangments make sure you get it in writing. They screwed my family over bad. Had arrangements and the following day woke up and my wife's car was gone and they wouldn't tell us where it was and kept my wife's purse(kids social security cards) and my children's toys and carseats!!? They also destroyed our driveway, yard and damages another vehicle we have taking the car. Lawsuit filed! Having a family lawyer on retainer was the best thing we did along with installed survalence cameras. Don't want the car back but suing for property damage. Oh and also don't expect them to contact you or any of your references before they rob you. Not one phone call was received on behalf of the car. Sad a company can be so heartless and take and keep kids toys and carseats along with ss cards and steal your money from your wife's purse. Thank the Lord we caught it all on video cameras on the house.
