Capital One Bank in Columbus, TX

While relocating from Texas to California, I encountered a minor financial issue which would have been a lot harder to resolve if I didn't address it before my move was completed. I stopped into a Capital One branch office in Columbus, Texas on a Saturday morning, after unsuccessfully seeking help at two other local banks. Amber Hollywood, the Relationship Banker at this branch, was considerate and polite, and she did an excellent job of helping me solve my problem. My wife and I were fortunate to find someone who combined good business practice with the golden rule - and we have switched to a Capital One credit card because of the service we received that day.
