Capital One Bank in Colleyville, TX

I went into the branch with a friend to cash a check. Now just like I read on other reviews we called ahead of time before driving 30mins and was told that it would be no problem. When we got there there was nothing but excuses as to why they couldn't do anything. They made me feel as if they were unwilling to help. Gail Rigsby is the most disrespectful person at the location. I was appalled when as I was there she started talking bad about us under her breath in front of us. Worst part about it is we were actually getting ready to open an account there, but after the extremely poor customer service I'm glad that we dodged that bullet. I've never been so greatly disrespected by someone in a professional setting ever in life. I will never go to this location again.

The tellers are horrible, the wait is always at least 10 minutes for a simple transaction. I just dread coming to this bank

This CapitalONE bank is definitely a thief dent, stealing customer's money from their accounts

The branch manager Gail was so rude and disrespectful. I tried to cash a payroll check and was told I couldn't even though the check was a capital one account. When i was explaining my situation to another employee Carolynn, Gail was in the background saying things under her breathe. I never felt so disrespected in my life and I absolutely feel like it's because I'm black and the amount on the check was high. I will never get a capital one account!!!!!!!!!

The entire staff is wonderful. If you are polite to them, they are polite to you. Extremely professional, and speedy service. Truly an asset to Capital One.
