I must say I wish we had reviews from customers to read about this company/organization. I am sure they are experienced and good. But they are not organized, final figures change few days before closing date. The buyer of the home or the client will have to do lot of research calculations, adding and trying to figure out what all these charges are. When you get pre-approved the cost information is different to the actual closing date. So my advise for the clients are have a cushion of $2000 at the time of closing extra to your closing of the little fees that changes from the time you get pre-approved to the time of closing (that can be 2-3 weeks) time. The cost can even change within 24 hours. Which happened to us. These fees mysteriously increased few days/hours before you close so you have no choice but to pay them and they have a justification for those as well. What I do not understand is, how is the closing cost change within 24-72 hours? When we went through our loan, we have five different closing costs. And even after 24 hours of finalizing the closing cost changed withing 12 hours. Let me tell you, this is our second home purchase, first time with W&V but we hated our process. We absolutely hated for all the run around that was given and immense paper work that they request. W-2s, Employer letters, Good credit (above 790), down-payment are not the only things they need. Have your entire life on a jump drive and give that jump drive to them. But they are nice. Unless you are ready to read, research and do most of your work in understanding all the details of a mortgage, do not go with this organization. You will have better luck with a credit union or a corporate bank like Wells Fargo, CapitalOne.

Was not very pleased with this company. We applied to get pre approved I sent in all paperwork they asked for. And I'm assuming once they saw me and my wife's last name they thought differently one of the questions I have in an email is . "Are you citizens or do you have your green cards" ? I sent all my info copy of my drivers license copy of my social security w'2s verification of work and I get asked if I have my green card . Then once they told me my pre approval amount they kind of didn't care anymore since it was only about 100k they basically just said come back another time. Was not pleases and will not be going with them .
