Terrible service. Terrible hidden fees and the website where you can "access" your accounts was designed by a 4 year old and works as you would expect. Everything, I mean EVERYthing has a fee associated with it and most of them you don't even know exist! I half expected to pay for parking at this miserable place. Don't Do It!!

I have had nothing but nice experience. I did have one episode, but it happens in any business. The people have been patient and kind with me and have even gone out of their way to help when I needed help whether a personal loan, a car loan or just offering help. I thank all the employees at fed star credit union in college station for putting up with my slowness at getting things done and even some times my bad attitude. We have been together along time and thankful.
