I very dear friend was killed on his motorcycle in Coldsprings. The following day, I took his destraught son who had just flew in from IL to have the bike released from the towing company in Coldspring. We needed 1 paper notarized for this release. We were directed to The Bank of San Jacinto County and our heart felt plea to have this paper notarized fell upon Glenda Dean, VP. Ms. Dean was cold and had zero compassion for this young man's need and refused him this small task as he was not a "member". If you are a "member" PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider moving your business to a bank that cares and has a heart.

I tried to sign up with online banking 8 times to be told Im not valid. my wife signs on to our other account and had no problem so I had her try to sign up and the same happened to her. I could not leave a message on an answer machine or anything. There was no email to respond to absolutely nothing. I will be searching for another bank and close my accounts here do to ignorance in banking.

Terrible service been there for years, I am now transitioning to a real back that isn't antiquated. Every since Glenda left and a few others the bank has changed for the worse.
I left a big bank and the staff at this community bank have made me feel right at home. I can get in touch with someone anytime I need help. Very friendly and I would absolutely recommend their service. I had several bad experiences with the other bank in town, and I am very glad I made the switch to The Bank of San Jacinto County.
