The staff have been great but this bank's policies are a joke. Fees for everything imaginable, fees for not having a service you thought you had but now you don't qualify for. The bank started out fine, but little things kept adding up and ticking me off, including ATM limits, deposit and withdrawal qualifications, online banking requires password changing often, and text code verification... Just a hassle. They have locations all over, but they keep taking my money and don't even help me out.
