Easy Financial in Cedar Park, TX

I just got a loan and I can't wait to pay it off I have been treated so disrespectfully. I have tried to contact regional supervisor and still waiting for call back. I am harassed and threatened by staff. Don't get messed up with this business.

Terrible customer service. I had been trying to get in contact with the manager for a month to discuss my account and the screw up an employee did to it. Time and time again my contact information was supposedly given to the manager Olga, but I had never received any follow up. Ever since a new management took over, they have been completely unreliable. Whilst Veronica was there, I had no problems whatsoever. Do not use this loan agency location. I will never recommend them again.

I completely agree with the other reviewer. I hadn't had any issues with Easyhome financial when Veronica was at this location. The customer service now is terrible, with employees telling you "you're being rude" because you want to speak to a manager. In the process of trying to switch my account to Round Rock location. If I could give this location no stars I would. It's not the company that's bad, it's the employees at THIS location that are terrible. If you are deciding to get a loan with easyhome , choose the Round Rock location over this one.
