Got there a couple of minutes before they closed, and they said that they couldn't help me and turned me away. Capital One customer service has gone down the tubes. First they close half of their branches so you have to drive way out of the way, and when you get there, they say, "we're closed."

Every time I go into this branch. I get great service. I only have a credit card account here. But they took great care of my need with a smile. Keep up great service
