I went to the bank to take out 3000.00. I could only get 2000.00 because the bank was short on money. Terrible service and telling me I can not get my money out. The worst bank I have ever been to.

Busy, but it's a bank so that is to be expected. The people were really polite. They were super busy on the Saturday I went up there and only one teller at the desk and one at the window (then the three cubicle tellers), the girl at the window kept thanking everyone for waiting. One suggestion I would have is to have a sign in sheet/computer in order to avoid any confusion. I didn't have an issue but I can see where one might.

No one should have to wait this long when there is no one else in line or in the drive thru! If you have a commercial account they take their sweet time, even though you have a business to run and don't have a lot of time to wait for them to chit chat it up! They have a new teller and she's slow as molasses, Jesus take the wheel!

It was so easy and fast to get my bank account open, no wait for my bank card it was given right then and there. My children also got an account opened for free, great way to get them ready for the real world!
