Not ONE other customer in the bank, was told two different stories about their hat policy by two people 10 feet apart from each other. I've NEVER taken my baseball cap off there before and all of a sudden today the man at entrance says they will serve me and the teller says not with my cap on. It was in ZERO WAY blocking my face. And I looked DIRECTLY at the camera. I will be closing my account and opening a new one on Monday.
