Went in one day needed to activate my card and they didn't activate it and gave me my moms information on her account like why would I need her info just because were under the same account I didn't want that I just wanted my card activated.

they took money out of my account on accident and are taking for ever to put it back in my account i don't understand why i have to go threw all this trouble when it was there mistake in the first place. i'm pretty upset because i've been calling them for days now and they still haven't done anything about it they just keep saying there going to call me back and don't!

There was 5 to 7 employees and only one on the opening accounts side and 1 on the service line the other ones were just giggling and talking I was there for over 40 minutes just waiting in the lobby to open an account come on man step your game up
