Bank sux. Wasted my time (2months) over home loan that never got accepted. Chase bank got me my dream home 2 weeks later. Now The new wells fargo mobile site is TERRIBlE. Sux now more then before. Cant even make payments on my 1st rental property. I have to go in person to the lousy bank to make payments towards the principle for the home loan. They are doing this on purpose so we dont pay our home loans off quickly and instead take all 30 years to payem. I noticed this once i started makin large principle payments. Also, they refuse to take off PMI insurance on starter home 13 years into loan. The house is 50 years old, 3/4 paid ($30,000 balance) and they still continue to charge PMI insurance every month. My dream home took off PMI insurance after 5years! Thank you CHASE bank. Thumbs down wells fargo
