They have bad customer reps..their all in their office alone doing stupid things..like fixing their offices and desks while clients wait out in the lobby for more than an hour... and that's how they expect to make business! That bank sucks!

Very rude people, horrible costumer service, don't even try to complain, their CEO doesn't care to even speak to her clients. My advice: don't invest your hard earned money at this bank they will not appreciate your business. The attitude and incompetent rude behavior is only a reflection of the leadership at their branch on price road.
