They have forgotten what customer service is! I have been on hold for ten minutes! First two calls rang and rang then hung up on me!

Have never been more disappointed with a bank. I had to get a new debit card 2 times in the same week due to their incompetence. Atm are a substantial cash deposit that took forever to get resolved and credited. On the bright side, what they lack in ability towards banking, they have applied towards being able to make one mean pot of coffee and some cookies to enjoy while they attempt to straighten out the messes they create.

We've been customers for almost 20 years and have been satisfied with their service for each transaction. Great customer service - for the few times we've had questions. I do recommend them.
