Fort Worth Community Credit Union in Bedford, TX

Went in for a Loan and was approved with the stipulation that 100% of my paycheck be direct deposited into an account there. I went in for a loan, not wanting to do all of my banking through this company. The fact they would wait until after they pull my credit to even mention this as a possibility is ridiculous in my mind. My credit scores are excellent and I already have a home mortgage and several credit cards but I was described as having "light credit" over the phone due to not having a car loan. I was told there was no way around this stipulation and that I would have to have my entire direct deposit sent to this bank. If this isn't a classic example of bait (personal loan) and switch (all of my banking) I don't know what is. I will be closing the small account I do have there and I urge everybody to use other banks in this area that won't try to sell you one product while requiring you bank with them exclusively.

I have rarely ever had an issue with Fort Worth Community Credit Union, and the customer service is great! If you're looking for a good bank, here is a grand option

Horrible customer service. This lady was very rude to me and lecturing me instead of trying to help me. Her manager even hung up on me. They forget at some point in their lives they have struggled too.

Member since 1969. Always excellent friendly service whether in person,Internet or by phone.
