It suck because they give you your whole check

Maybe if they hire some people this branch wouldnt have so awful customer service. Manager doesnt seem to care about service either.

This location is good if you need to pull money from an atm. Only one teller and if you need anything else try somewhere else.

I am a customer of chase salary checking accounts and credit cards. Last week I went to this branch for some notary and they said they do only notary for affidavit. I needed to take my kids, wife to notary the signature. After school, I went to the bank and waited for 30 minutes. The manager came out and said, I have to take an appointment before coming to do the notary. I have waisted my time and time for the kids too. Very un-professional and no values for the customer and their time. I am going to close all my accounts with this bank.
