The longest wait I've ever experienced for a very simple transaction. I will never use this bank. Friendly people but completely understaffed. I stood in line 1.5 hours!!! How is this even called customer service? And the line got worse the longer I was her yet no more tellers were added.

horrible horrible horrible,,long lines. I have tried different days at different times but is never short lines,,the worst customer service ever. I had complain soooo many times and talked to managers but nothing happen. I am looking for another bank. They use your money but customer service is really really bad..Last time I complained, the banker suggested that I could go to La Porte branch because it was never busy,, doesn't make any sense to travel 15 miles away.. I am very unhappy with bank of america in Baytown.

Terrible customer service and attention. They have completely eliminated their drive up services, which has increased the nightmare exponentially. With no drive up tellers, you are forced inside to wait for long periods of time in line. The manager has been contacted about lack of working indoor tellers to make simple deposit/withdrawl/cashing checks actions. Minimum wait time is nearly always over 30 minutes - I've been there three times in the past month (only BOA in my area) and it's been 38mins; 55mins and a line so long I wouldn't stay. I'm pulling my money and going to TDECU. At least I can get in line and cash a check there without sacrificing my entire afternoon.
Just got out of the bank after waiting 45 minutes in line. Absolutely unacceptable !! There was only two teller helping customers during peak hours. Every smart manager would know that Mondays are the most busiest day of the week. So scheduled your staff according. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Good bye bank of America.
