Had such a great experience! I was helped by a young lady named Maria and she was amazing. So sweet, informative, and helpful.

Again & again, this bank have made mistakes after mistake, I had to go to this location & speak to someone in person about the problem I had and they don't seem to care, they ignore your needs, and do nothing to help..A clerk Named Moses, seems not to have the qualifications to work there, they lost my chk, and he say there is nothing they could do, and am still waiting for my check in my account.. why don't they hire people with qualifications??. Make sure you go to another bank.

Worst bank ever. I try constantly contacting them about my horrible rates with car insurance and mainly my interest rate which is astronomical which they seem to always ignore. I feel as thought I am on a blacklist. Of course, not when 1 day late or 1penny missing from their monthly bills that continue to eat away at my funds. I used to do all my banking with them and were curteous and helpful and friendly. Not anymore. Better going with the convience of Chase or wells fargo, or even better, a true credit union. Instead of a wolf in sheeps clothing like UFCU has become last few years. Too much success = customers lose. Too bad.
