The manager Jaime is cooler than a fan and can help you. But the other gentlemen when Jaime is not there is just lazy, good for nothing. I went in to get a loan on a gold necklace and this individual only offered me $40 because that is all I needed the last time. When I asked him to check it out and see how much he can give me he said $40. Went over to National Pawn on Manchaca Rd. and they offered me $400 on a loan. DO NOT do business with top cash unless Jaime is there.

I recently bought some sunglasses that were supposedly Ray bans just to find out that they were actually were not Ray bans.... Went back to store to notifie the manger and he seem to not care he told me that he was not able to give me my money back and he was accusing me of a fraud trying to return sunglasses that were not purchased at that store..... So I had to call the Austin police and make a report and at this point I been trying to get ahold of the owner and still no luck.....
